Delivery Information


  • We offer FREE Local and International Delivery via DHL with a delivery time of 5 to 7 days from our South African warehouse or from Lahore, Pakistan subject to availability of item.
  • Buyers are liable to pay any import or customs duties or taxes on arrival of the rug in their country.
  • You can return your unused rug(s) within 15 days of receipt subject to the rug should be in its original form and in original packing.  
  • It will be buyer’s responsibility to pay all costs and charges of returning shipment with the same carrier.
  • Customers can send their returns to our warehouse at Lahore Pakistan.
  • We did not offer “Buy to Try” option as our margin is very low as compared to others.

 We will help you in getting a replacement or refund in case of rug is damage at time of delivery. 

If you think that you are not happy with your online purchase from our site, don’t worry, we've defined the following rules and guidelines for you to make your return a horizontal and unified practice:

  • If you feel that your purchased rug(s) does not suit for place, you can return it in its original condition with original packing within 14 days of receipt. We will not entertain your returns after this 14 days period. 
  • The rug(s) should be unused and its condition should be as like at the time of received.
  • Please contact Persian Rug Palace Support to request about your returns.
  • Unless your purchased item is received damaged or spoiled, or there was certain error on our side, you will be liable for all return shipping charges with the same carrier.
  • The funds will not to be issued in full for those items which are not in original form (damage, torn, spoiled, spotted, wet etc.)  
  • We extremely endorse that you should insure all return shipments and provide the tracking number to our Support Team.
  • We work on very low margins as our prices are very reasonable to others therefore we do not encourage clients to assume a "buy to try" attitude.
  • Custom rugs and carpets are of your selected designs and size manufactured for you only so these items are excluded from our return policy.
  • The Items that displayed in sale set are not included in our return policy and will be exchanged only.

Damage Policy

  • All items are shipped to buyers in the best conceivable pack to confirm that you collect your buying in faultless form. At time of receiving, please check your package carefully and make sure that it is in good condition.
  • In case of receiving a damaged item, PERSIAN RUG PALACE will help you in getting a replacement or repayment as fast as possible at no charges to you.
  • If you find a major damage to the external wrapping at the time of delivery, you can refuse to receive the item and ask the carrier to return it to shipper.
  • If there is minor destruction to the packing, you will have to indicate as such while you are going to sign for the item.
  • Please inform our Support Team about any damages on the product or wrapping within 3 days of delivery.

Our policy is subject to change, update and modify from time to time. Therefore, it is buyer’s responsibility to check our return & damage policy before having a purchase. The changes are applicable to all the purchases that will be buying after the date of modifications in our return policy.
